The message at the bottom of all list posts that has the lists' web address is 7bit encoded, whereas your email is 8bit encoded. It's solution is to change your message to a multipart-mime type. If you want to get rid of that, check your mail settings for sending mail, see if you can switch it to 7bit, that should fix it.
