In the past 10 years there's not a couple of years where the income per capita has increased, and some of them had a drastic decrease. And 2003 was the worst of them all. I am seriously seeking jobs outside Brazil. Thanks to Clinton and Bush's racist policies regarding non-USAns, my search does not include the USA.
