IIRC, the SC's decision was based on the notion that the lawsuit wouldn't be a distraction from Clinton's duties as President of the United States. Boy, were they ever wrong! Do you recall how that particular decision worked out at the SC? Was it unanimous? Who ruled for it and who dissented?
