I've been following them too, for a number of years, and Madison, more often than not, has been a top 10 city. If you want to argue 1 vs. 8 being kinda random, I think that is reasonable. But, there is a reason one sees Madison regularly show up, and Texarkana not show up on that list. Dan M.
