(a) anti-americanism is low outside the USA _and_ we believe that Bush is a jerk, so that we want the best for the USA -or- (b) anti-americanism is high outside the USA _and_ we believe that Kerry is a jerk, so that we want the worse for the USA Which means that one propaganda that we see all the time in the news (either the anti-americanism meme or the "Bush is an idiot" meme) hasn't convinced anyone.
