Finally some clarity of thought and argumentative decency, John. Thanks. This was cogent. Yes, it is fair to say that I am balanced in a general philosophical sense... fearing cheaters and power abusers in ALL directions and beleiving deeply in both free enterprise and social action in favor of a social diamond... but I am NOT balanced between Republicans and Democrats. That is correct. While I admired Barry Goldwater and could at least respect Bob Dole, and have hopes for GuvAhnold, I despise the utter nastiness, idea-bereftness, hatefulness, shrill intemperate jingoism, rapaciously insatiable kleptomania and slavish devotion to the Saudi Royal House ofthe present GOP. _______________________________________________ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
