Interesting to note that Kerry's latest reasoning on Iraq leads to the conclusion that he would have opposed the Kosovo War.

The first and most important is Kerry's repudiation of what I consider to be Bill Clinton's greatest accomplishment as President - and the thing for which I most admire him - namely for being one of the first to say that "Yes, the overthrow of a brutal dictator is in itself a reason to go to war."
