Interesting to note that Kerry's latest reasoning on Iraq leads to the
conclusion that he would have opposed the Kosovo War.

"Saddam Hussein was a brutal dictator who deserves his own special place in
hell," Kerry said. "But that was not, in itself, a reason to go to war."

Two things jump out at me about this statement.

The first and most important is Kerry's repudiation of what I consider to
be Bill Clinton's greatest accomplishment as President - and the thing for
which I most admire him - namely for being one of the first to say that
"Yes, the overthrow of a brutal dictator is in itself a reason to go to
war."    After all, this is the only reason we had for intervening in
Kosovo - Slobodan Milosevic's brutal mistreatment of the Kosovar Albanians.

The second observation I have is how awkward Kerry appears in pandering "in
the language of faith" - something Bill Clinton was very adept at.
