More arrant nonsense. Kerry is his own man and he can express his own opinions. I do not have to agree with all of them in order to see in him a homosapiens who can be reasoned with, holding values that stand in the same general universe as those which will help my country.
I am writing an essay, soon to be posted and shared with you all, comparing the Balkans intervention to Vietnam (i mean Iraq) and the open/truthful justifications for that intervention to the lying, manipulative Tonkin Gulf Pretext (ooops, I mean "weapons of mass destruction") As for Saddam, do not preach to me. Your guys had him in the palm of their hands in 91, but abased themselves when Riyadh ordered a halt, consigning the Iraqi people to 12 more years of hell. Americans are dying, our readiness is shot, American society is riven and our alliances are in tatters, because these assholes obeyed their masters in 91. And we should follow them further? There were dozens of ways to get rid of Saddam. But those methods would have been over by now. And W learned from his daddy's blunder. DON'T END THE WAR TILL THE ELECTION IS OVER! Keep people on a war footing and re election is assured. monsters. Now leave me alone. --- JDG <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Interesting to note that Kerry's latest reasoning on > Iraq leads to the > conclusion that he would have opposed the Kosovo > War. > > "Saddam Hussein was a brutal dictator who deserves > his own special place in > hell," Kerry said.
