It  should be self-evident that your advice would be to concentrate on  the
largest States.



It would be obvious that you should to reach blocks of voters no matter  
where they are. At the moment this might be difficult but I trust to the  
inventiveness of political operatives to figure out how to do this. Of course  you are 
right in a sense. Big states actually mean states with big populations  so 
the citizens of these states deserve their legitimate proportion of interest.
