Weren't Henry Cisneros and Mike Espy indicted? Its been a long time now,
but I seem to recall that they were.
Also, Bill Clinton was indicted - its called impeachment - and he was
impeached/indicted for violating the Violence Against Women Act, a law he
signed with his own hand. Bill Clinton was also found in contempt of court.
I also think that there were somewhere on the order of 65 individuals who
took the 5th Amendment or else fled the country in connection to Clinton
Administration scandals.
There are of course other indictments of those connected with the Clintons
- Charlie Trie to name just one example.
