A ditto of a pregnant woman might be a lot more useful to her if said
ditto did not have the awkwardness that accompanies the rapidly changing
shape.
And if you're on bedrest 21 hours out of every 24, having a ditto around
to tend to things around the house would be *extremely* useful. (And then
you want to go and download at the end of the day so you know where the
heck everything got put in the reorganization of whatever it was that the
pregnant self decided needed to be reorganized.)

lactation from a ditto you probably *don't* need, either, but having one
around to help burp the baby afterwards would be very nice, especially if
you're lactating for 2 babies
