I'm just trying to not make assumptions...and after I've been challenged to find support for things for which the evidence is well known....I decided to ask instead of writing a serious of posts based on a false assumption. In short, what I was setting up was a choice between: 1) The correlation between sex workers and people who were abused does not exist. 2) Sex work is practiced overwhelmingly by folks who were traumatized by sexual abuse. 3) Things which I call abusive, Warren doesn't consider abusive. Basically, I kinda thought that Warren didn't believe 3, but I've been surprised many times on this list, so I thought I'd ask. I can see how he could have misinterpreted my intent. Retorical questions are often asked, and I can see how it sounded like I was asking a rhetorical question. But, I was hit with a third theoretical possibility after setting up an either or, and quickly decided to ask instead of assume. I am truly sorry if my unintentional ambiguity hurt Warren's feelings.
