A little about myself? To start with the chatroom clich�, I'm
mid-30's and male. I'm happily married with no children. My wife and
I live with two cats ("own" is far too strong a word). I troubleshoot
computers for a living, and like most who do tech support here in the
U.S., I live with a constant but low-level fear of my job being
outsourced and am currently considering other career options.
I love to read. I'm interested in science fiction of almost all
types, fantasy, and horror. Other interests include fine cuisine,
boating but not fishing, photography, and playing computer games. And
I love movies, everything from mainstream movies to art-house films to
martial arts flicks. Politics and economics are minor interests, but
I'm not overly knowledgable about either.
Truly, I'm interested in almost everything. But life is too short to
study everything. Can you imagine the syllabus?
