Are you saying that he was actively working on something? If not, then the point is moot, at best. Nobody has said that he had the supplies on hand. Do you think we wouldn't have notice if he started *really* trying to buy uranium, centrifuge tubes and so forth? I suspect we are two years away from ending poverty in this country.
