I disagree here. I think that would be illegal under Roe v. Wade which is more sophisticated than you think. But of course you would not get any doctor and any hospital to commit such a murder. Am I defining abortion as murder? The decision could not be made on the mental health of the mother but actual endangerment of the mother.
