Which isn't exactly true..... of course, her submission to God's will in "The Annunciation" story has long been a model for Christians, she nevertheless is one of the only people recorded in the Bible as not just openly disagreeing with Jesus, but as also succeeding in changing Jesus' (God's) mind!
