I suppose I should have put a smiley face after my comment. I thought
the intentional "Bushy" spelling of "terrorists" would clue people in.

Obviously, I think that responding to people whose goal is to frighten
us with fear amounts to giving in to them. BushCo would like to paint
those who disagree with their policies as engaging in appeasement, but
I think that running around scared is the worst kind of appeasement.

OK, but seriously, this is a fine piece of work: I am reminded
that reports of angels appearing to humans always begin with
the words "don't be afraid." Concerned? Sure. Alert? Absolutely.
Afraid? Forget it.
Time to kick out the people who have thrived on a policy of fear
then,
and choose some representatives who value freedom and liberty more
than
they value power through fear.
