But, from the Bill of Rights, we obtain court rulings or precidents for numerous occasions. Every criminal case involves many of these. Just as Maxwells laws are as simple as can be, but the application of them in real world situations is usually very complex. I would bet a beer against a case that you have never created, say, 10 million dollars of wealth by taking a very complex situation into something simple. If you had, I'd be shocked if you had the attitudes you did. Not trying to diss you, but your posts do not covey the understanding of the essense of simplicity and complexity and their application to practical problems.
