My lovely employer was recently looking for an experienced perl person
who could also do sysadminning and touchy-feely customer-facing stuff
too.  We had quite a few good CVs, from a combination of pimps,
http://jobs.perl.org, and [EMAIL PROTECTED]

It's not that hard.  You do have to be willing to pay enough though, and
accept that you'll never find someone who *exactly* matches your very
long wishlist of skills and experience.

That said, I suspect that it would be a lot harder to find such people
who are willing to live and work outside London.
