I tend to try and use the best Perl tool for the job. Failing that the 
best tool in a different language. Although 'the best' is always a 
matter of opinion.

I do have a habit of getting involved more often than I'd like :-[      
I'm on the Kwiki mailing list and have been looking and contributing.

For this site something simple like Kwiki is a good enough tool for the 
job. Plus we've been working on a redesign for a site that uses Kwiki, 
so it made sense to get more accustomed to it at the time.
