OK - so those of us who have followed the evolution of UKU from the old BUF will know most of the points raised - when the elections were, what the money will be spent on etc. The BUF exec have the confidence of the majority of the active britdisc members at any rate. But that is no reason to slam down Steve's comments. If these issues aren't clear to Steve then there will be hundreds of others in the wider ultimate community who also don't.
If this message means anything it means that we still need to make an effort to communicate what uku is and who it is and what it is there for. There is no where on the uku which says who is elected on the uku - it even has some of the old contact details. And as yet no statement about the uku. Perhaps, we need to priorities putting up some information on what we are and where we are going - we can't rely on ultimate players having to go back through the britdisc archive to find out. Partically for the large bulk of the ultimate community who isn't even on britdisc. Ben On Wed, 27 Mar 2002, Andy Cotgreave wrote: > > What is the deal here?
