Clapham 2 are allowed to play at T1 I just realised, however, that the Rules don't specify how long the Blacklist entry stands for - one event? one year? for ever?. So we don't know whether Clapham 2 might be prevented from participating at a 'smaller' Tour event. Can of worms !?
