Chris Hughes (then DoC) and the u8c stated at the time:

>This is the agreed punishment from u8c:
>Blacklist Clapham 2 for the next tour event (Tour 1 2002) as per the rules.

So it has no consquences for future Tour events, and therefore shouldn't
impact our preparations for Hawaii. Thankfully.

"blacklisting" is covered in the Tour Rules, to be found at
 http://www.ukultimate.com/docs/tour2002rules.htm

Clapham 2 are allowed to play at T1

I just realised, however, that the Rules don't specify how long the
Blacklist entry stands for - one event? one year? for ever?.
So we don't know whether Clapham 2 might be prevented from participating
at a 'smaller' Tour event.
Can of worms !?
