Dear Committee Member (I don't know which one) For Tour events - is it possible that BUF provides a PR package (i.e. loads of A3 posters) that can be used to promote the event in the local community?
In the rest of Europe, what ever size tournament you go to - the local town/city/village always has posters splashed across shop windows and telegraph poles. I am sure there are some sexy photos of UK Ultimate lying around somewhere (Wayne!??!?!). As part of the Tour event, any successful bid should be compelled to promote the sport - i.e. stick the posters up.
