As the captain for one of the teams affected by the changes to Chevy co-ed, I have no problem with roster changes this year. In future there may need to be some more definate control/ruling on the matter but for this year with all the changes that have recently taken place in the organisation of British ultimate and the WUCC taking place special circumstances should be considered.
As to 'non-hula' players finding themselves without a team. I fully agree with Jamie, surely if they want to and are willing to pass on their experience at the lower level, they should be allowed to pick up for whoever needs them most (i.e inexperienced teams / teams low on players).
