Apologies for this not being at all constructive, but I see this as a somewhat major flaw in your argument! I guess the Tour could be set up in such a way that the combined results of the 4 events give us the winner... e.g. pool games are played at T1 and T2 Sat, second round pools at T2 Sun and T3, Quarters and Semis at T4 and Finals at Nationals... Personally, not keen. There's no way to allow for different teams being (un)able to attend any given event.
