Britdisc, Results from last weekend's festival of female Ultimate:
1 Princess Layout WINNERS 2 LLL1 3 Sopp 4 LLL2 5 Bears 2 6 Mushiono West 7 Skunks 8 Brunel STD 9 Bears 1 PLATE WINNERS 10 Jedi 11 Sublime 12 Bears 3 13 BLT SPOON & SOPP WINNERS 14 Mushiono East 15 Picnic 1 16 Picnic 2 Apart from the final and the semis, perhaps the most nail biting contest of the weekend was the race for SOTG. Eventual winners were BLT, narrowly beating Princess and Sopp to the title. Lookfly MVP of the final was another mammoth battle but was won in the dying seconds with some krazee layout antics by Princess Claida (advance apologies for the spelling). Honourable mentions must go to Leeds Sally, Princess Sally, and Leeds Aila. Lookfly party award and the prestigeous title of Women's Hardcore All-Comers Arm Wrestling Champion went to Gemma from Sopp. Finally a big thanks to all the ladies for turning out this weekend - great to see we can get so many when there were quite a few other events on this weekend. Cheers, Dan FC TD __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
