Hey all, I thought I'd send a subtle reminder for everyone to join the masses in Bingham THIS Sunday.
The East Midland Hat tournament, that's this Sunday, is all about bringing the region's Ultimate players together for friendly competition. Cheers and see you on Sunday, Caes --- Will Cornelius <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: As previously announced the East Midland Hat Tournament is being held on Sunday 16th November from 1200hrs. This will be a friendly get-together, which is completely open to all. All we ask for is 2 to cover the hire of the sports ground. It would also be wise to bring both a dark and a light coloured top. Further details of the East Midland Ultimate team will be available, including the location of the upcoming training sessions. As promised, the location and the directions for the East Midland Hat Tournament: Bingham Leisure Centre: http://www.rushcliffe.gov.uk/leisure/bingham/#address The Banks Bingham Nottingham NG13 8BL Local map: http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgiX=470000&Y=340000&scale=25000&coordsys=gb Directions to Bingham Leisure Centre: Bingham is easy to get to, being nestled between the A52 from Nottingham and A46 from Leicester/ Loughborough. The Leisure centre is easy to get to and is only a 5-10 min walk from the train station. Road Access to village is from A52 and A46. Some of you will come into Bingham from the A46/A52 roundabout at Saxondale, others from the A52. Whichever way you approach from the leisure centre is signposted very clearly. Follow signs for Bingham and then Leisure Centre. How easy is that?!! The fields are shared between the leisure centre and Toot Hill secondary school. When you arrive get directions from the front entrance for the changing rooms, which will be made available for us only, that well be able to lock during the afternoon. Alternatively find the chuck-around going on pitch-side. The swimming pool closes at 5.30, so there should be time for a swim afterwards. There will be no bar, but vending food will be available.
