In an attempt to benefit the tournament following the very low entry for
Mixed Nationals, we have allowed teams that did not meet the qualification
requirements to enter, and are allowing teams that are short of players to
pick up additional guests (see below for details).

The qualification slot for EUCC2005 that was to be awarded to the Mixed
National Champions, will now be awarded to the highest place team at the
event that has played on the Mixed Tour and met the full rostering rules
(i.e. has not used 3) below). The remaining slots will be allocated based
on the Mixed Tour Ranking published after Mixed Tour 4.

1) GB Mixed players may play for any team, and do not count as guests.
There is no limit to the number of GB Mixed players that may join any team.
2) All teams may have one male and one female guest (in addition to any GB
Mixed players).
3) Teams who have less than six players of one or both genders in their
squad (including guests and GB Mixed players) may pick up as many guests as
enables them to field a maximum of six of one/both genders.
4) The Mixed Coordinators should be notified of any guests and/or GB Mixed
players prior to the tournament.

If you have any questions, please ask. Similarly if you have any feedback
on why for the second year running there has been a lack of teams entering
Mixed Nationals we would be interested to hear it.

Thanks,

Maria Cahill & Jaimie Cross
Mixed Tour Co-ordinators
