We had 17 pitches at the weekend, so if 8 are exclusively for the A Tour, that means that 9 pitches were shared between 37 (?) teams all weekend, and you are saying that more pitches wouldnt help?!?! It is easier to keep the water bottles filled if youve got 8 pitches to worry about rather than 16/20, similarly its easier to provide shelter for 16 teams rather than 40/50 etc etc.

Please note who was complaining about the schedule, and which bits in particular. Chevy who turned up with a small squad found it tough, and could not repeat their success from Tour 1. Fire complained about the break before the final (which, JP, was because a womens game had to be played on that pitch in between the Open QF and SF), which they lost, and I did not hear anyone from LLLeeds complaining about the Saturday schedule after Tour 1, when it was the same.
There were actually very few Leeds players who played three back-to-back games, most people got a half or full games rest, and it certainly was not the reason we did not make the final.

Stop trying to solve problems in isolation, you cannot please all of the people all of the time.
