ULTIMATE
The aim of our Open tournament is to promote club ultimate in Ireland and to bring foreign teams here to spice things up, so there will be a mix of student and club teams from Ireland and abroad. There are no separate divisions so teams can be mixed men and women, all men, all women, bring your children, bring your dogs, mix it up and have a fabulous time before winter closes in! Irish Ultimate has come a long way in the last 10 or so years. SOTG winners in both Open and Womens division at WUGC 2004 in Finland says a lot. University College Cork Ultimate (aka Skulltimate) was founded in 1998 by David Rosenfeld (ex- Headrush Bristol, Fubar Cheltenham, Armitage Shanks Brighton). Cork was the first club to be founded outside of Dublin and were now ranked 2nd in Irish student Ultimate.__________________________________________________
