Hi All

I feel theres one main issue which comes about after every tournament which
could be useful to deal with and is relatively easy to fix. This is the
provision of feedback on tournaments to both the UKUA and to the TD's. This
should be a formalized process (rather than done by e-mail postings which
normally represent the extremes of views). This would enable the UKUA to
recognise TD's who have a record of providing high quality events and could be
used to help with ranking bids for events. This could also provide a single
list of comments back to the TD's which they could improve on before they stage
another event.

There are two main ways I can see to carry out this process. Either a
questionairre or a web based form. In the case of a questionairre this could
be incorporated into the captains packs and collected at the same time as final
results (spirit votes). For a web based form then this could be linked to a
database and could give statistics about the event to anyone querying it.
The main problem with the web based form would be that teams may not fill
them in after they've left the event.
The main problem with questionairres is that they require a small amount of
time to analyse.

Do people think this would be a useful thing to have implemented?

  Mike
