On the kit issue it was very difficult for us to have completely matching kit as we had a number of pickups and our spare kit was in Birmingham with our 1st and Women's teams. I agree that it is better for a team to have matching kit and I'm aware of the effort people have to go through to get it sorted but in some cases, such as our's this weekend, I think penalties would be harsh.
