Dear European Disc Players, The seedings and pools for the European Ultimate Championship Finals, Women¹s division, have been determined and are listed below:

Misscoldisco (SW) Seeds were based on placements from the 2005 EUCCs and EUCR tournaments which took place in August. The pools are as follows: Pool A - Bliss, Primavera Olandese, Leeds Leeds Leeds, Hot 7s, Misscoldisco Pool B - Iceni, Atleticoo, Frisky Beez, Tequila Boom Boom Good luck to all the teams who have qualified for the Finals and are competing in the inaugural tournament! As many of you are aware, the EUCS was formed this year by a group of European Ultimate players who wanted to create a yearly championship series. The teams in the finals have qualified by playing in regional tournaments and are the best teams each region can offer. For more information about the EUCS, please see the EUCS website http://eucs.efdf.org. The EUCFs will be played in Florence, Italy from Oct. 6-8. If you have the time and want to see Ultimate being played at its highest level, then by all means, book a cheap flight to Bologna or Rome, jump on a train and come to watch the best 16 open and 9 women¹s teams compete for the inaugural EUCS crown. The EUCS will continue into the foreseeable future; the Championship Series Committee has extended the deadline for receiving bid applications to host the 2007 EUCF to Oct. 31.
