Here I am writing to britdisc again for the second day running-sorry.
I just want to point out that after Chef's mail, which kindly reiterated what we all knew and missed my point completely:

"I was under the impression that as MT2 was cancelled, MT3 is now MT2; MNats is now MT3 and MNats will be run at a later date (yet to be announced).

I aggree this is frustrating; but as Hannah said she did everything possible to secure an alternative venue.

That I understand that Hannah had a huge headache regarding the tour that was cancelled and did everything she could to get a new venue and I appreciate the work that she does. My point was that making the stand alone competition that is mixed nationals, which we had planned not to attend, into part of the tour, a separate competition, in which we are competing and have an interest in, as we want to regain our title from last year, with 3 weeks notice, without consulting the captains of the teams playing the tour, was a bit off. Its fine for the teams that have that weekend free, as they were planning on being at nationals (except for the change of venue and hence loss of money because of transport adjustments- which i also think is a bit off), it only impacts on the ones that werent going to go (we may be the only team affected, so I guess it may not change.) I think that leaving it as nationals and then slotting mixed 3 in, later in the year, with enough notice for us to cobble a team together would be better- for us anyway. Im not really looking for a solution/magic answer, I just wanted to voice my frustration on a public forum- britdisc.
Man I sound like a grump
