Just a quick update on what's happening with britdisc.
Mail has been flowing normally through britdisc for the last few days
with no intervention from me, so please consider it safe to post again!
A few days ago, there seemed to be problems with the administration side
of britdisc - susbcriptions, unsubscriptions and configurations changes
appeared to work but wouldn't actually change anything, even if a
confirmation e-mail had been sent. These now appear to be working
normally.
The archives are still not available yet. The guys restoring the server
are still working hard on other priority stuff, so this might be a while
until it is back top normal. You can still access the mail archives via
an unofficial archive at the mail archive:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/
