Hi Im forwarding this email on behalf of my friend Charlee Buckles. I am
currently helping to organise this tournament but it will not be successful
without your help. Charlee and I have been members of GBJW since 2007 however
we are still new to the ultimate sceneso our contacts are limited. Please take
the time to read this. Hiya guys!I'm looking to hold an ultimate tournament to
raise money for the marie curie cancer care funds. I recently got diagnoised
with a brain tumour, and i can't play ultimate anymore for medical reasons, but
i still want to feel like i'm doing something to help in some way.My plan is to
hold a tournament, with a team fee and all the proceeds to go to charity. I'm
looking to hold it on a weekend either in july/september, although this isnt
written in stone yet, as i'm still waiting to hear from the venues. Suggestions
of dates would be greatly appreciated.It will be held in Gosport which is in
the south of England and accommodation will either be camping or sleeping in
sportshall depending on if i will be allowed to have the sportshall overnight.I
would like to get as many teams or players down as possible to take part in
this event. It's all for a good cause. If your not in a team or your a coach,
or you want to have a laugh, this tournament is for everybody, and it would be
fantastic if everybody could join in in some way, picks up will also be
welcome!If you would like to take part or know more about it, please give me an
