Hello,Sorry if this has been said already....Feel it's my duty during these 
conversations touching on water intake to mention the flip side to dehydration: 
it is possible to drink too much water. You can try looking at this paper for 
up-to-date prevention advice, but you will see there are no blanket

 Anyway, not meant to scare, just to raise awareness that both under and over 
drinking are dangerous!
