Dear all

Firstly, sorry for the late notice with which this email has been sent (please
be assured
that after this weekend everything is going to run like clockwork - I've made a
plan and
everything!). This is partially because a school in Oxford has kept me holding
on all
halfterm week to decide we can't use their facilities, the uni won't return my
calls, and
then it turned out that one venue is waterlogged and gave several OW players
jungle fever!
So we will be going to use the university parks, postcode OX1 3SZ. There's
parking down
Keble Road near there, and some pitch space just opposite where keble road
meets parks road.

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=keble+road+OX1+3SZ&sll=51.756737,-1.251252&sspn=0.015965,0.046864&ie=UTF8&ll=51.758172,-1.251884&spn=0.015965,0.046864&t=h&z=15

If you use the satellite setting on the map you can check the pitch for
yourself! Grass
might be long so boots are advisable. Bring hayfever tablets and mozzy
repellant if you're
body is weak (like mine) to these things!

We are close to the town but there are no changing rooms/toilets unless the
pavillion is
open (I'm working on it). Sorry to any ladies who are coming. Apologies - not
what I
wanted.

Be there to start throwing for 11am. I'll be there at 10am - I'm staying over
night in
Oxford - give me a call if you need me! If anyone needs to contact me 077 360
360 94.

Please bring food/drinks/water bottles, a disc if you can, a dark and a light
shirt and your
comedy heads. We aren't just having selection this weekend, it's also training
for Slovakia
- with few opportunities to meet up between now and Slovakia (we'll see what we
can do),
this is a chance for us to turn a bunch of talented teenagers into a cohesive
winning force!

Training is going to roll like this:
11am Meet and greet. Woody and I are going to fill you in and let you know the
plan for the
day. Troy sends his apologies - he's in "San Fran"!11.10am. "Guided"
throwing, warm up/stretching, focussed drills, banter etc.1.30pm. Half hour
break for lunch. Feel free to pop into town (I can not take
responsibility for you if you leave site, but that is your call), but I'd
prefer you stayed
on site so we can discuss a few things, collect info, fill in forms etc.2pm OW
and a few other senior players are turning up to either drill with us or play
games.
We'll see how it goes.4pm Team selection announcement. 4.10pm GB2
meeting.4.30pm Finish.

If anyone has any requirements (I don't know, like illnesses, times they have
to leave by,
or general issues/questions) please let me know - either on the day, by txt or
email.

Because of the time constraints I'm going to need every player who wants to be
considered
for selection to have an ability to pay their fees on Saturday if possible in
either cheque
(preferred) or cash form. I'll also be asking you to fill in a details list so
bring passport details
(hopefully I'll have a chance to email y'all later with this and a training
plan). If, as some have asked,
you would like to pay by transfer, this needs to be IN THE ACCOUNT by Wed June
2nd (it takes three
working days to transfer money between different banks). It's an unideal
situation because that's how
we have to roll. Cheques make payable to UK Ultimate Juniors.

Transfers: HSBC Bank (Bath branch)Sort Code 40-09-19Account number:
82350564Name: UK Ultimate JuniorsESSENTIAL Reference: Your name!

If you need help to make a transfer let me know. As I've said before, if you
have
difficulty paying let me know on Saturday, we'll come up with a payment plan -
I'm not
having people not going because of money worries - this is GeeBee Baby!

I'm sure I've forgotten something on this trademark waffly email, so if you
have any
questions email me or call/text me 077 360 360 94.

Finally, thanks for reading, sorry to spam - turns out that Juniors don't use
email all that much...

Cheers y'all
