I like some parts of your idea, but not others. I agree about feedback, but I don't like the idea of having a public debate during the tournament. How about if teams wrote anonymous report cards which were handed to the TD to be collected by each team at the end of the day? I guess that the TD's should check for inflammatory material. My concern here is that people would be more inclined to write negative things than positive - how could you make sure that good teams get acknowledgement? I guess the BULA system might be perfect for this!
