OK, so I've got a pdf of the rules onto the UKU website, since some mailing lists won't take attachments.

For those on BD, this is the first you've heard of the new rules, because not only will BD not take attachments, it won't take the rules as text either because the email is too big apparently. But basically, this is just the indoor rules as they were before, but updated in line with the 2008 outdoor rules. The only deliberate change of any significance is that the bounce-pull is now invalid - some people were trying to claim that a hammer that bounced just by the endzone and never got above an inch was 'in clean flight' in the endzone, so it's just been reworded to prevent any argument about that.
