London Men's Skills Day - Saturday 10th January
Dear All,
Fire of London will be hosting a single day Ultimate skills day on Clapham
Common on Saturday 10th January 2009.
We aim to cover all areas of Ultimate, from skills (such as breaking the mark
and cutting effectively) to tactics and gameplay, as well as suggestions for
drills and fitness routines.
The skills day is aimed at all levels of players and may be particularly useful
to captains and senior players at teams who will be able to pick up new ideas
for their club and university sides.
The skills day will be run by the players from Fire of London (Silver medalists
at European Finals 2008 in Paris) which includes a number of Great Britain
players who were representing the country in Vancouver this summer.
