Putting on my best mock outrage, I can't believe that Tom has the
audacity to claim that britdisc is for ultimate only. This was never the
case. Does anything on the monthly subscription mail so much as mention
ultimate???? Britdisc is for British Disc Sports. Granted it is 99%
ultimate traffic, and golfers and freestlers have migrated their chat to
other fora, but it's there for all flying disc enthusiasts.

Regarding MLU, I think that the introduction of referees will almost
inevitably lead to a deterioration in spirit, and undermine the core
value in Ultimate.

7. If the MLU committee have the audacity to use an Ultimate mailing
list to try and recruit players for another sport, without any
consultation with the sport's governing body, the least I'd expect is
to see the names of the people involved at the bottom.
