Dear BD,
Hopefully you guys can solve a rules dispute which i have seen occuring
numerous times recently....
....A player advances towards a grounded disc and bends to pick it up. From
this point is the player obliged to play the disc or can they continue walking
as long as they havnt touched the disc?
