As has already been announced Birmingham is hosting one of the three Open Indoor Regional Qualifiers on November 21/22nd. This is being held at National Indoor Arena Community Halls in Birmingham City Centre. This is a great venue and has been used for the Great Barr Crawl for the last 3 years (ish) and an indoor regionals four years ago (again ish.) If you haven’t had the chance to play the Great Barr Crawl you wont know how good this venue and location is, so this is your chance to find out. The address for the venue is: Community Hall National Indoor Arena King Edwards Road Birmingham B1 2AA This is only 10 minutes walk from Birmingham train stations. (New St. Moor St and Snow Hills Stations) and 5 minutes drive from Junction 6 of the M6 and there is plenty of car parking available at the venue (pay and display). We are unavailable to offer any accommodation but Birmingham does have plenty of hotels at a range of prices. The cost is £130 per team and we are limiting the places to 24 teams to give every one plenty of pitch time and make sure every team gets a fair chance at qualifying. We believe entry is based solely on who pays first but we are waiting information back from UKUA about if can accept multiple teams from the same club. If you are paying by cheque and trying to enter multiple teams please use a separate cheque for each team so if we can’t allow all the teams in we can cash one and return/bin the other(s).
