yo,

There is a problem here in that lots of teams play mixed for fun, and at a
48 team tournament you're sure to have a mix of serious and party teams. If
you remove the fun drunkery from ultimate, all your left with is a boring
serious sport for dullards who like wearing tights and sweat bands.

I think that Fully Charged are a little unfortunate as they were pretty
much the only team up for night-time shouting. But the aggressive reply to
the request to shut up (as mentioned in that previous email) *was* out of
character for fun early hours sleepless banter.

When I camp at ultimate tournaments I expect to be woken up at various
points through the night. Sometimes cos I need a piss. Sometimes cos my
face is freezing off. Sometimes cos the person next to me needs to puke.
Sometimes cos waggle's* farts are unspeakably awful. And sometimes cos I
made the mistake of camping next to the monkeyc*nts who aer playing the "how
may people can we make hate us" game. Someone once said that it's a good
idea to avoid tents with irish flags stuck on 'em. Discuss.

If it makes anyone feel any better we spanked Fully Charged first thing
sunday morning.

Laters

Tom

*feel free to subsititute waggle for any of the following: fletch, mediocre,
myself, superflyjon and howard that sits opposite me at work. And Gaz in QA
too.
