Hi Luke
The aim of the cover of a magazine is all about getting people to pick
it up and have a look, not just ultimate players, but also people who
might be interested in starting playing, or even the family and
friends of someone who does play.
With this in mind, I try to choose the most exciting photo that I feel
will have most impact for the cover, regardless of the nationality of
the photographer or players.
If you want to see yourself pictured in ultimatum, try to make more
spectacular plays while there are photographers watching the game.
Cheers
Jack

Hello all.
Just got my copy of Ultimatum. As usual, top quality production and
very enjoyable read.
One query. Although the photo on the front cover was fantastic and
I appreciated seeing it, given that Ultimatum is the UK's yearly
ultimate magazine, would the front cover not be best used to
showcase the best British talent?
Please forgive my ignorance if the photographer or either of the
players are British, but as someone who's always been keen to have a
photo of myself in Ultimatum (and not just my calves and shiny
orange and white Nike Speed TDs on the sideline in the photo on page
20), I would have thought the front cover would be a pretty awesome
achievement for a UK player or photographer.
Could there be a seperate section for best international photos and
save the front/back cover for the Brits?
Thanks again for the magazine and to all the contributors.
Luke (Fire #18)
