I agree with Jack.  The cover is really important.   However, it was in fact
the very first thing I noticed about this years issue as well which made me
think something was odd about it.  If Jack's statement is correct, was this
a sudden realisation?  This is the first time it's happened if I remember
correctly.  If "anything goes" on the cover to give it a more mass appeal
it's almost certain that a quick trip to Scobal Wiggins website will often
find a better picture than any UK photographer might have captured (no
offence to UK picture snappers she's a highly paid American professional
photographer with kit that costs more than most people earn in a year).

Maybe what got me thinking was that it is the UK Ultimate magazine paid for
by the members of the UK Ultimate Association.  Wow I just realised that the
words UK Ultimate repeated there.

Anyhow I don't know much about magazines.  I do know that STUFF magazine is
about tech gadgets and its cover always has a very sexy lady on it so there
must be something to the cover argument.  There always is a gadget as
well... somewhere.
