Hi all I am looking to run a mini warmup comp for any Women's teams that are after additional practice in the run up to Nationals. This would be held alongside Northern Open Regionals, just outside Sheffield, on 31st July / 1st August. So far I have had interest from The Brown, Northern Lights and Lady Lemmings.
