This is for any women's teams that haven't already received an email earlier
today about the same issue.
The
UKUA Women's Committee is seeking input on format for Tour
3. We understand that there has been feedback about the lateness and
the changes to the Tour 2 schedule, but also that there were a number
of queries as to why a
super peer pool format was used rather than regular pools.
We'd like to get feedback from each of the UK women's clubs - specifically
which format do you feel will optimise and best benefit women's Ultimate,
particularly
with Tour 3 in mind? Please respond (directly to me) before Thursday July 8,
if possible.
With the responses we receive, the Women's Committee will be more able to
provide the TD / schedulers with an informed opinion on the type of format that
should be adopted for Tour 3, hopefully representative of all the teams that
are participating in the 2010 Tour.
